Serotonin flows when you feel important. Loneliness and depression appear when serotonin is absent.
Oxytocin creates intimacy, confidence, and builds healthy relationships. It is released by men and women during orgasm, and by mothers during labor and breastfeeding.
Endorphins are released in response to pain and stress, and help relieve anxiety and depression. Similar to morphine, endorphin acts as an analgesic and sedative, decreasing our perception of pain.

There are also natural ways to increase our dopamine, serotonin such as, some foods, physical exercises, including mainly, walking and meditation.
Oxytocin, this hormone is secreted in greater quantity when the person is relaxed and secure, or in the presence of physical contact, such as hugs, massage, physical activity and other activities that provide pleasure, so the less tense the person is, the greater the production of oxytocin into the bloodstream. And with endorphins would not be different, physical activities such as pilates or Yoga for example, smiling, intimate contact also helps, gratitude, think good things, make plans, anyway ...
